Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place your eyewear in its original case and shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
